The College Board recently announced plans to redesign the SAT college admissions exam. Breakthrough Greater Boston's Executive Director, Elissa Spelman, was invited to join WBUR's Morning Edition Host, Deborah Becker, to add her perspective on what these changes could mean for low-income students based on Breakthrough's transformative work.
