The documentary “Most Likely to Succeed” is currently being watched in schools and higher-ed institutions all over the country. The website, mltsfilm.org, has a trailer you can watch and describes the film’s impact accordingly: ”Most Likely To Succeed is the best film ever done on the topic of school — both its past and its future. The film inspires its audiences with a sense of purpose and possibility, and is bringing school communities together in re-imagining what our students and teachers are capable of doing. Run, don’t walk, to bring this film to your school. After seeing this film, you’ll never look at school the same way again.”

We at The Children's School have will be hosting a screening for Sunday, October 18 from 6:00pm - 8:30pm. This film seeks to inspire and infuse possibility in our work as educators and parents. To quote (and thank) Mike Ryan, a current TCS parent, member of the Vision Team, and an educator himself at Georgia Tech, “[The film] might help provide a more concrete example for stakeholders of the issues at hand and the potential for what school could be like… might need to be like, which is what you’ve been talking about the last two years. I thought might be a good resource for you and others…not to proselytize, but to spark conversation… maybe even help the Vision Team brainstorm.”

If you’d like more information below is the film’s website as well as an educational newsmagazine blog post featuring the movie.

Hope you can join us on Sunday, October 18 at 6:00!

This evening will be an adults-only affair. Location provided in registration.
